The team at Elgin Mills went above and beyond that day to ensure that we could provide the best send-off to our father and grandfather. They didn't let the weather impact our activities and did everything they could to accommodate our requests. Dear Joseph, Thank you for all your help on facilitating the family visit to our parental grave site in September. We had three generations of the Clan that weekend — from 72 to 2 years-old. Everybody was pleased with the flowers planted on the site. And that is all thanks to you and the groundsman, Bill, and the good services you provided.

But, in the deepest moment of our grief, you gave us your unconditional love and care. Your support in arranging the funeral meant so much for our emotional well-being. The staff at Elgin Mills Cemetery demonstrated empathy and professionalism. Thank you for the support you gave to ensure that our mother received a decent burial, and memorial. The funeral was truly heartwarming.

Hello Joey: It has been an absolute delight meeting and dealing with you over the past few weeks in our pre-planning. Your advice, extensive knowledge and thoroughness was valued and appreciated, but I have to say my parents and I especially loved and appreciated your beautiful and quirky disposition and your ability to add lightness and humour to what is normally a solemn subject matter.
