What Our Customers Have to Say

On behalf of my brother … and myself, I would like to express our deep appreciation for the care, efficiency and compassion shown to both of us regarding the burial of our mother … on Saturday …. Both  my brother and I were so impressed with Erin Johnson who looked after us and walked us through the process. Our special thanks to Mr. Fred Moore, who power washed the head stone on the family plot. My  brother and I could not believe how clean and new the stone looked. This is going above and beyond the call of duty, and to see this, was not only a pleasant surprise, but actually choked me up. Again, all of our thanks to everyone behind the scenes who did such a magnificent job.

Dear Kurl Williams, Hoping this finds you in good health and spirits. I would like to thank-you for your kind  and professional attention to the matters that I have brought before you. I know that I can at times be “tedious” as I attempt to understand and resolve the oft-challenging issues that are before me. Your patience in explaining my position to me in layman’s terms that I can absorb has been vital to me and I feel it is important for me to tell you that your generosity of spirit, your accurate and neutral feedback is, and always has been, absolutely appreciated. I am most grateful. I wish you, as always, the best.

Hi Lyla, This e-mail is long overdue after you were so helpful to me in getting the (family) grave marker done in 2020. My Mum and I went down to Mount Pleasant on the Thanksgiving weekend to see the marker. What a beautiful time to choose to visit the cemetery. It looks amazing. My mother was moved to tears that there was finally a marker there after 112 years and her family was being acknowledged. Thank you again for all of your help. We couldn’t be happier.

I cannot say enough about the work of Heather Weir in resolving my concerns. She has handled step by step every concern with care, competence and grace. It is not easy to deal with a descendant of the original purchaser for whom the 100-year-old lot has been divided between two of the fourth generation descendants. I believe through Heather Weir’s hard work and imagination that my family will find all the papers in place for my own burial and any others for whom they have allocation rights. You may say that I should REST IN PEACE.
