Services are excellent, but it is the “staff” with their compassion, patience and not treating you as just a sale, but a family grieving. Keep doing what you do, compassion is the key. Listing of documents, cards, bills that need to be changed/cancelled is excellent.

Hi David, I attended the Butterfly Release on Sunday and I wanted to thank all of those involved in the planning and executing of the event. It was very special and beautiful to me. I did want to do a butterfly release at my mother’s funeral in May but it was a very cold, windy, wet day so we were unable to do so. From the welcome at the door to the guitar playing, to the service, the butterfly release and the refreshments afterwards, it was first class am I am so glad I was able attended, I do hope that you will have it again next year, I have told my two sisters what they have missed (for health reasons they were unable to attend) as it would have been so nice to have had them there with me as after I did go to our parents gravesite to leave flowers and tell them about what a nice memorial you had for everyone and that I was fortunate to attend. Thanks again.

Carly was extremely helpful in making the changes we requested which included many chairs, being available for the audio, and being calm if things changed. The setting was beautiful, bright with sunshine. My only wish was that I wish the weather was warm enough and we had time to take advantage of the terrace outside the room. The meeting room was also well equipped and supported discussion. I would highly recommend Carly and Pine Hills to anyone. An unexpected surprise that we appreciated was the checklist and information about the Death Benefit. We have frequently commented on how well served we were at your facility.

It was more than we expected from the cemetery, more than we expected. The staff was wonderful! So clean, so arranged, everything! They respected the distance and the rules and the most special, the most special was Melissa. Melissa was to me, the most special. She should go and have a job in the Parliament. She looked me in the eyes and asked if everything was alright. She was so kind and so comforting to me. Melissa was wonderful, unbelievable. So correct, so perfect. You don’t find people like that. So very nice… I have so many comments from outside the family saying it was so good and just the best. Is this the best in Toronto? Pine Hills? They say it is. You have the best staff in Toronto.
