What Our Customers Have To Say

Our Family has used The Simple Alternative since my Dad passed away in the 90s. It has become the funeral home of choice for our extended family. However, I would be very satisfied not to have to visit again any time soon. Sharon and the whole staff were exceptional. Our family has had three funerals within three weeks plus my aunt (2010) and my mom (2011). My husband left me short of access to ready money, so a payment plan would have been helpful until the estate was settled. It was stressful to have to come up with the payment so fast. I like that you have options for various budgets and I especially like that your people aren’t pushing pricey options. They are very sensitive to how painful the process is and I felt much better after all the plans were made. They feel like friends as they help you through the whole process. Even cousins have used TSA since my Dad’s service in the mid-90s.


I dealt with Jamie and Steven. They were excellent with me and I so appreciated them. The girls at the front desk are very nice and they made good coffee for me each time I was there. Thank you so much to everyone. Everything was great and beautiful, the whole outside is kept very nice. I was impressed!! Thank you Steven – you are so kind and helpful.
Dealt with Sharon and Christine and both went above and beyond to make this difficult process as seamless as possible. Many thanks, girls. There is really nothing I would change about your operation. I felt that I was in good hands throughout the whole process. Thanks again for everything right down to the reception hostess and food. So many compliments have been received about Ann’s celebration of life … special thanks to Sharon who guided me throughout … you were amazing!

Yeah, they were very nice, even with the virus and stuff. Everything went off really well. Hannah was great and so was Graham. He teaches guitar or something and my niece actually knew him.


Everything went good, we were happy with the service. I haven’t gone through the paperwork yet but if I have any questions, I will call. I’d been there a few times before and that is why I came over to your place. Thank you for calling.
