We place the highest possible importance on accountability and governance. From our operations to our commitments to financial disclosure and transparency; from our decision-making structure to our pledge to remain self-sufficient forever, sound corporate governance practices are at the root of everything we do.

We are a not-for-profit corporation made up of two like-minded organisations, Mount Pleasant Group of Cemeteries (MPGC) and Canadian Memorial Services (CMS). 

Like all cemetery and funeral companies in Ontario, we are regulated by the Bereavement Authority of Ontario.
