Dealing with the death of a loved one can be associated with unexpected costs. Find out if you qualify for financial assistance from one of the programs listed below.

Last Post Fund – Funeral and Burial Program (www.lastpostfund.ca/the-funeral-and-burial-program)

In co-operation with Veterans Affairs Canada, the program provides funeral, burial and grave marking benefits for eligible Veterans.

 

City of Toronto Department of Social Services (https://www.toronto.ca/community-people/employment-social-support/health-support/)

Toronto Social Services provides financial assistance on behalf of deceased Toronto residents who do not have sufficient funds in their e  state to fully cover the cost of a basic funeral, burial and/or cremation.
